Fees:
In person is $225 per player plus $60 jersey fee
Online: $225 plus a processing fee and $60 jersey fee
Fee includes all equipment and new reversible jersey.

***No refunds will be issued now that teams have been formed***

REGISTRATION

In order to register you will need to print, sign and upload, or bring to in-person registration, the following documents.
**You also must follow the link below and fill out the registration form**

  • Utility Bill for proof of residency

  • Proof of Insurance or Insurance Waiver

  • Physical-this is the only form not required at registration.  It will be required before the 1st day of practice (No Exceptions!)

  • Grade verification from school the p[ayer in enrolled in
